your IDE connector, choose master or slave mode and start working. No
driver is needed.
It's Reliable
Reliability is a synonym for the mDOC product line. mModule iDOC
continues the tradition: it is equipped with built-in ECC, detecting and
correcting data errors on-the-fly. A wear-leveling mechanism enables 2
million write/erase cycles for reliable data storage over an extended
period. All units have undergone extensive stress and power-cycling
tests to meet the msystems quality standard.

mModule iDOC is currently offered in a wide range of
capacities, from 16MB to 1536MB. Available in both vertical and
